How do I place an order?
We are committed to creating a quality experience for you every time you place an order with Zula MaCou. We want you to feel satisfied with the products and services we offer; therefore, we have outlined the following order information so that our staff can provide you the same superior customer service every time.
Ordering "online" is safe, simple and secure. Simply place the item into the cart and proceed to the checkout. The cart will guide you through the steps of processing your order online, via fax, via email or via phone. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@zulamacou.com.
When are orders shipped?
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of the payment being processed. If you are mailing in your payment, we will ship your product within 48 hours of payment clearance.
Do you offer custom fragrances?
Yes! When you find the product you like, send us an email (service@zulamacou.com) or give us a call. We will search for your fragrance and let you know how quickly we can get it to you. Once we verify that we are able to match your custom fragrance selection, you can go online and place your order. There is a $10 fee for customization. However, this fee only applies once. From that point forward, we will keep your fragrance on hand.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email verifying your order once it has been placed. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped. This email will include your shipping tracking #. If you have questions regarding your order in the meantime, please contact us at service@zulamacou.com and include your order number in the subject line. We will reply within 24 hours.
I have a question regarding a product. Who do I contact?
If you have any questions regarding our product, please contact our Customer Service department at service@zulamacou.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can't change or cancel your order after submitting your order. However, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.
Can I send Zula MaCou as a gift to a friend?
Yes. Zula MaCou products make great gifts. The checkout process allows you to specify distinct shipping and billing addresses. The only requirement is that the "ship to" address is in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are not able to take international orders on our website. HOWEVER, if you are interested in an international order, please go through the order process, then copy and paste the order in an email to sales@zulamacou.com. Once we process the order and calculate shipping charges, we will email you a PAYPAL ticket. After the PAYPAL ticket has cleared, we will ship your order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the is the only way we can process your payment at this time.
