Most candles that are not 100% soy will produce what we call, "Black Soot". These candles will typically contain "paraffin wax" in their composition. Our 100% "soy" candles produce a very clean white soot and are non-polluting. Additionally, soy wax is a bio-degradable and renewable energy source that is water soluble and non-toxic.
